ORGANIZATION HISTORY//
XENOLITH was founded in 2011 by Mr. Aiko Sy, a visionary with a passion for high quality construction and innovative building solutions. Starting as a small residential contractor in Metro Manila, XENOLITH gained a reputation for reliability and exceptional craftsmanship. With its growing recognition in 2014, Mr. Aiko Sy partnered with Mr. Michael Chua, another visionary with the same values and ideals. From there, they focused on custom home building and commercial projects, establishing a solid foundation of trust and expertise with the Metro and the construction community. Their partnership began to expand its services to include larger residential and commercial projects. This strategic move not only broadened the company’s market reach but also solidified its position as a leader in construction solutions.
Today, XENOLITH is recognized as one of the leading construction corporations in the region, with a diverse portfolio that spans residential, commercial, office, and warehouse projects. Accredited as a Category B by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), the implementing agency of the Construction Industry Association of the Philippines (CIAP). The company embraced tools and project management techniques ensuring that every project is executed with precision and efficiency.
